1. Free Plan and Paid Plan
Schema (JSON-LD) App offers:
- A Free Plan with limited features
- A Paid Plan with full access to premium features
Users are encouraged to review the plan details and features carefully before upgrading to a Paid Plan to ensure it meets their needs.
2. Subscription Billing
Schema (JSON-LD) App operates on a recurring subscription model with the following options:
- Monthly billing
- Annual billing
- Payments are billed in advance for each billing cycle and processed securely through our payment providers.
- All prices are listed and charged in USD.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, except under limited conditions described below.
By subscribing to a Paid Plan, you authorize automatic recurring billing until cancellation.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at:

Important details:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to Paid Plan features until the end of that billing cycle.
- Your subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.
- No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made during an active billing cycle.
Example: If you subscribe on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, you will retain access until the end of the billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Schema (JSON-LD) App follows a strict no-refund policy, except under the following circumstances:
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Billing Error: An incorrect amount was charged due to a system or processing error.
- Service Not Delivered: Your account access was not activated after successful payment and the issue remained unresolved for more than 7 business days after contacting support.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Schema (JSON-LD) App billing team.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused subscription time
- Partial usage of the platform
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Misunderstanding of features available in the plan
- Issues arising from third-party integrations or unsupported configurations
