1. Free Plan and Paid Plan

JSON Schema App offers:

• A Free Plan with limited features
• A Paid Plan with full access to premium features

Users are encouraged to review the plan details and features carefully before upgrading to a Paid Plan to ensure it meets their needs.

2. Subscription Billing

JSON Schema App operates on a recurring subscription model with the following options:

• Monthly billing
• Annual billing
• Payments are billed in advance for each billing cycle and processed securely through our payment providers.

• All prices are listed and charged in USD.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, except under limited conditions described below.

By subscribing to a Paid Plan, you authorize automatic recurring billing until cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at: support@jsonschemaapp.com

Important details:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access to Paid Plan features until the end of that billing cycle.
• Your subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.
• No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made during an active billing cycle.

Example: If you subscribe on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, you will retain access until the end of the billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

JSON Schema App generally follows a no-refund policy. However, refunds may be available under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee or in the limited circumstances described below:

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
• Billing Error: An incorrect amount was charged due to a system or processing error.
• Service Not Delivered: Your account access was not activated after successful payment and the issue remained unresolved for more than 7 business days after contacting support.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the JSON Schema App billing team.

5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Paid Plan subscriptions.

If you purchase a Paid Plan for the first time and determine that the JSON Schema App is not the right fit for your needs, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial payment.

To qualify for the 14-day money-back guarantee:

Refunds will not be granted for:

• The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial Paid Plan purchase.
• The guarantee applies only to your first Paid Plan subscription and is not available for subscription renewals, upgrades, or subsequent purchases.
• Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team at support@jsonschemaapp.com from the email address associated with your account.

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

After the 14-day guarantee period has expired, all subscriptions remain subject to the standard Refund Policy described below.

To request a refund under eligible circumstances:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
