Schema (JSON-LD) App was founded by Ishan Makkar, a digital entrepreneur who has spent over a decade working closely with businesses to solve real-world growth challenges.
After founding MakkPress Technologies in 2012, Ishan worked hands-on with startups, eCommerce brands, and enterprise businesses across multiple industries, helping them build websites, scale digital marketing, and improve online performance.
Through years of direct client work, one pattern became clear: growth issues were rarely about marketing alone. They were often rooted in technical gaps that platforms didn’t simplify enough. Website speed issues led to the creation of Website Speedy. Image-heavy eCommerce stores inspired Image Optimizer Pro. And as search engines and AI systems evolved, another major gap surfaced: most websites struggled to clearly communicate their content to search engines.
Despite great design and content, many sites failed to qualify for rich results or perform well in search simply because structured data was missing, incorrect, or too complex to manage. Implementing JSON-LD Schema required technical expertise that most business owners and marketers didn’t have or shouldn’t need.
